I want a belly button piercing. I am 16 and I have my mom's consent. I stay near Hertford (county), NC, and I wouldn't mind traveling to Chesapeake or Norfolk, VA or Rocky Mount, Greenville, or Roanoke Rapids, NC. Im trying to find a place that me and a couple of friends could get it done that is close by and safe. What are some of the restrictions and aftercare procedures? Recommendations?
